Special Education Part One: Education Rights for Students with Disabilities 

Presented by: Beth Cruz, Team Leader of the Education Rights Project, Nashville Public Defenders Office

This training will discuss Section 504 and Special Education including requesting evaluation and services,  eligibility and services that are available; enforcing the rights of the students and special considerations for youth in foster care. 

This training has been approved for 1.5 dual credit CLE hours.
