Notice is hereby given that the Trial Court Vacancy Commission will meet on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. CST to initiate the process of filling the vacancy created by the retirement of the Honorable David M. Bragg.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with Executive Order No. 60 (August 28, 2020), the Trial Court Vacancy Commission will hold this hearing virtually via video conference using Zoom. The hearing will be livestreamed for public viewing at: www.youtube.com/user/TNCourts.
Interested individuals, including any members of the public, may also attend the hearing in the jurisdiction to watch the live stream in the Jury Assembly Room of the Rutherford County Judicial Center located at 116 W. Lytle Street, Room 101, Murfreesboro, TN 37103.
All visitors who want to attend the live stream hearing at the Rutherford County Judicial Center check-in with building security, mention that they are present to observe the Trial Court Vacancy Commission Public Hearing, receive a temperature check and follow all building mandated COVID-19 protocols for admission to the building. There are no purses, bags, backpacks or briefcases permitted in the building. Free Parking is available in the Public Parking Garage located diagonally across from the Judicial Center.
