State of Tennessee v. Patrick Collier

The Supreme Court entered the following order dated January 8, 2013:

Upon consideration of the application for permission to
appeal of Dewayne Collier and the record before us, the application
is granted. The Court is particularly interested in the following
issue: Whether the Court should modify the rule classifying the victim of statutory
rape as an accomplice and requiring corroboration of the victim’s testimony.
