Governor Bill Haslam will formally swear in Jeffrey S. Bivins as Court of Criminal Appeals judge at a investiture ceremony on September 16 at 10:45 a.m. The ceremony will take place at the historic courthouse in Franklin, Tenn.
Haslam appointed Bivins to the Court of Criminal Appeals on August 24, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge David Welles.
