Commissioner Frank Cantrell shared his perspective as an employment law mediator during the Developing and Managing Good Relationships in Mediation, Practical and Ethical Considerations session.Commissioner Jack Waddey moderated a panel on Effective Advocacy in Mediation covering items such as how to prepare your client for mediation, conduct during joint sessions and in caucus, and being prepared for settlement.
